The terms "you", "your", "user", "student", "participant" refer to any natural or legal person visiting our website and/or enrolled in our program.

By using our website or enrolling in the 6-Month Investment Banking & Equity Research Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information provided. Users acknowledge that such information may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly exclude liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Any use of the information provided on this website is strictly at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to ensure that any product, service, or content meets your specific needs.

• Upon enrollment, students receive lifetime access to course materials for continuous upskilling.
• The Job Guarantee Scheme is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of enrollment or from the first EMI payment date.
• In cases of medical or personal emergencies, the management may, at its discretion, extend this period to 18 months upon valid documentation.

To qualify for the Job Guarantee Scheme, students must fulfill the following conditions:

• After successful completion of the program and meeting all eligibility conditions, the job application phase will begin.
• Every student must apply to at least 10 relevant job postings per week.
• If a student fails to apply to at least 40 job opportunities within any 4-week period, they will forfeit their eligibility to avail the benefits of the Job Guarantee scheme.
• All job applications must be verifiable and submitted in coordination with the placement support team.

• Placement services will be initiated only after full completion of the curriculum and clearance of all dues.
• Students with pending payments or incomplete documentation will not be eligible for placement support.
• Preferences regarding job role or location can be considered but cannot be guaranteed.

• Students whose placement assistance period has expired may request an extension.
• Such extension will be granted only at the discretion of the management based on academic performance and cooperation during the original term.
• An additional program fee may apply for the extension as communicated by the Finsckool team at the time of approval.

Finsckool reserves the right to modify course content, structure, assessments, or faculty assignments at any point to maintain academic relevance and industry standards.
