Refund Policy

Please read the refund terms carefully

The following Refund Policy governs all tuition fee refund requests made by the Learner during or after the completion of the program:

1. No Refund for Non-Compliance with Job Guarantee Terms and Conditions

  • If the Learner has failed to complete the program curriculum, has not complied with the Job Guarantee Terms and Conditions as outlined in this Agreement, or has otherwise not fulfilled the mandatory requirements of the program (including but not limited to attendance, assignments, internship tasks, research reports, valuation projects, placement preparation activities, and interview participation), no refund of tuition fees shall be provided by FinSckool.

  • The Learner acknowledges and agrees that the Job Guarantee and placement assistance are contingent upon strict compliance with all program requirements, and any failure to meet these requirements shall result in forfeiture of the right to claim a refund.

2. Deductions on Approved Refunds

  • In the event that a refund is approved by FinSckool under any applicable circumstance, the refund amount shall be calculated after deducting the following:

  • a) All applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) charges already paid or remitted by FinSckool to the government authorities shall be excluded from the refund amount.

  • b) All transaction charges, payment gateway fees, processing fees, and any other charges incurred during the original payment shall be excluded from the refund amount.

  • c) The Learner understands and agrees that the refund, if any, shall be the net amount after the above deductions and shall be processed within a reasonable time frame as determined by FinSckool.

3. Defamation and Public Disparagement

  • The Learner agrees that if FinSckool has complied with all its obligations under this Agreement, including the Job Guarantee Terms and Conditions, and the Learner makes, publishes, or causes to be published any defamatory, false, misleading, or disparaging statement, post, remark, review, or comment about FinSckool, its directors, employees, mentors, trainers, or representatives on any platform — including but not limited to social media platforms, review websites, public forums, blogs, messaging groups, or any other online or offline medium — such action shall be treated as defamation under the applicable laws of India.

  • FinSckool reserves the right to initiate appropriate legal action against the Learner for defamation, including but not limited to filing civil and/or criminal proceedings, seeking damages, and claiming compensation for any reputational harm caused to FinSckool.

  • The Learner further acknowledges that any such defamatory conduct may also result in the immediate termination of any pending refund, placement assistance, or other program benefits, without any liability on the part of FinSckool.
